Wide awake,
Yet deep in sleep
I sow
What I don’t reap.

Walking in a trance
Puppet strings attached
Never seizing a chance
To do my own dance.

Wide awake,
Yet in deep sleep
Consciously unconscious
Is my truth cheap!
