PC Chacko has downplayed the Sandeep Dikshit's remarks. Sandeep Dikshit who has said that for 97 to 99 per cent of Congressmen, their leader is Sonia Gandhi and there is no doubt about this fact. Sandeep argues that Sonia can bequeath her president-ship but not her leadership.
