Pav Bhaji

Description
Ingredients:
1-1/2 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp refined oil
5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large bulblet onion, sliced
4 baby corns
1 bowl green peas, blanched
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1-1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
6 tomatoes, finely chopped
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp salt
2 potatoes, boiled, peeled and crushed
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 green chillies, chopped
1 bowl water
1 bowl capsicum, chopped
1/2 bowl food color, optional
6 bread loaves/pav
Method:
Heat butter in a pan, until it melts.
Add oil, and mix.
Add garlic; saute lightly.
Add onion, and saute until transparent.
Meanwhile, take a mixer/grinder, and coarsely grind together baby corns and green peas.
Add to the sauted onion, turmeric powder, coriander powder and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.
Add tomatoes; stir on high flame.
Add garlic and ginger paste; mix well.
Add salt, and mix again.
Add crushed potatoes, and mix well.
Add red chilli powder; mix well.
Add green chillies, and mix again.
Add ground baby corn and green peas, and mix.
Add water; stir and mash with the help of spatula.
Add capsicum, and mix well.
Cover the pan to cook for around 1-2 minutes.
Uncover; stir and mash once again.
Add food color, and stir well.
Put off the flame, and transfer into a serving bowl.
Garnish with butter, and serve with bread loaves/pav.
