Paul Marshall - The Wall
24 Views • Jun 14, 2014
Description
My rage was allowed to show
Where love should have been
Instead there was much sin
A gift from mother earth
Not death but a rebirth
Stone by Stone
A wall was grown
Hiding the real me inside
Keeping everyone else outside
Hatred on the decline
Rage kept in line
I feel contrite
Must make it right
Happiness not allowed
Regret is what I vowed
The dragon claws at the wall
While the eagle keeps it tall
