In the very early 90's, after listening to a live-to-air broadcast from the Toronto night club RPM, DJ Guinea knew that any genre of electronic music would play a major part of his life. Listening to various forms of disco, house, techno, euro, urban & breaks, Guinea practiced everyday on the decks, mixing and matching to combine certain beats with acapellas. 15 years later, Guinea is still trying stay original and fresh combining hard techy house beats with acapella favorites that will make a crowd go off the hook.

Playing at various clubs across Toronto such as, Lime Light, Xit, Mad Bar, Wallpaper Lounge, Li'ly's, Insomnia and more recently at Century Room & Rockwood, DJ Guinea continues to deliver his dirty beats to be received on the dancefloor. Many influences include
