Paul Acevedo - Beneath the shell

Her beauty hides the roughness at first.
But soon you will notice it.
Brought on by past pains, this roughness is a shell.
But it is only on the surface.
Beneath this shell is warmth.
Beneath it is kindness.
Look into her eyes and you will see that under is a heart that yearns for love and affection.
A heart longing for a gentle kiss or a comforting embrace.
Feel her touch and you will see that it is a heart willing to give as much as it is willing to recieve.
All it needs is attention.
All it needs is someone to look beneath the shell.
