Patrick Rose - Fork In The Road

Patrick Rose sings "Fork In The Road" for my album, "Disco 2008". Patrick was in Edwin Starr's backing band, The Team, and he did Edwin's backing vocals too, along with Edwin's brother Angelo Starr, and a lady called Ingrid. If you watch the video for "I Have Faith In You" here on my YouTube channel, you will see all three of them working and singing with Edwin Starr himself. Angelo Starr co-wrote this song with me, and did a wonderful job. Patrick and I had some artistic differences, but he sounds great and performs this song with soulful perfection. With the release of this particular album, in December 2007, I went back to my Disco and High Energy roots and did what I love best, and what I know how to do best, and with the best artists imaginable. This album consists of twenty four brand new 2007 songs by soul and disco legends, including Sheila Ferguson, Hazell Dean, Steve Brookstein, Tina Charles, The Flirtations, Voices With Soul, Ebony Alleyne, Noel McKoy and lots of others. Each song has an accompanying video as well. The work that we all put into this project is quite staggering, and I hope it will break down the barriers between the Disco stalwarts and a new generation who haven't yet been exposed to decent dance music. Listen to the tracks, watch the video's and give new Disco a chance this time. This isn't Disco's return, it's quite simply Disco's REVENGE!!!!!!!!
