begging for food just like all the rest

ever wonder what it feels like to have no mom
no one, during times of struggle, making things calm

ever wonder what it feels like to have to live like its your last
knowing any minute now your life could just pass

ever wonder what it feels like to be shot down everytime
knowing none of your tries come out just fine

ever wonder what it feels like to always have to watch your own back
because of a gang of friends you just lack

ever wonder what it feels like to wanna give up every day
worrying and thinking to just throw it all away

ever wonder what it felt like to not be the talk of the town
if something went wrong your body would be last to be found

ever wonder what it felt like knowing your friends are drifting apart
you don't want it to happen 'cause they were there from the start

all these wonders, so little time
You never wondered because you life is just fine
