Patricia Gale - The Storm
5 Views • Nov 07, 2014
Description
Lighting the sky with ribbons of pure white
Seconds passed and the earth rumbled
Strong and forceful wind blew through my hair
Turning my face feeling soft cool drops caress my cheek
Danger and beauty all within the moment
Recalling the memories of a time far gone
When my soul rumbled
And drops of my heart feel open my face
Things seen through the eye of the storm
Memories flashing before the eyes of my heart
Watching and waiting
Realizing you and this day have a lot in common
Shaking, rumbling and things crashing
Flashes of beauty
I hear my heart as a thunderous sound rumbles….
No storm lasts forever only the after effects
And with time all will pass
