I am the one that fell upon tender cheeks
Rushing down…..one streaming after another

I am the heart released through eyes
Breaking and slowly crushing

I am the sighs and whimpers covered by a pillow
So no one could hear

I am the one released every night
When arms are empty

I am the spots left upon paper
As a heart is poured out to silent ears

Yes, I am the one that no one can see
And the one who keeps the lonely company every night
