Originally recorded live and aired as part of the Fearless Music Show in New York City. Patent Pending (aka P-Unit) are a pop-punk band based in Long Island, consisting of vocalist Michael Ragosta, guitarist Joe Ragosta, bassist Drew Buttardi and drummer Anthony Mingoia. Known for their exuberant live performances, Patent Pending have supported acts such as Brand New and Taking Back Sunday. Their album 'Save Each Other, the Whales are Doing Fine' was released in June 2006.
