Metro Rail Transit coaches are serviced at the MRT-3 depot in Quezon City on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2022. The government is considering passing the maintenance and operation of the MRT-3 to the private sector as it can no longer afford to spend P9 billion yearly for its upkeep.
