Partial solar eclipse in S. Korea visible nationwide
17 Views • Jan 06, 2019
Description
At 8:36 AM, the moon slowly started to cover the upper part of the sun... and eventually, by 9:45, about a quarter of the sun was eclipsed, giving it a tint of red.
This was the first time since 2016 that an eclipse was visible across the whole country from start to finish.
If you're in Korea and missed this one, there will be another partial eclipse later this year... the day after Christmas.
