Watch this clip where a parkour enthusiast's ambitious wall jump attempt goes painfully wrong, resulting in a heavy crash that was caught on camera by his girlfriend.

Milena Kosmider from Wroclaw, Poland, recorded the moment her boyfriend attempted a flip precision move but lost control and slammed into the obstacle, sending his entire body crashing to the ground.

Despite the dramatic impact, the athlete later explained that he had planned to perform a more advanced wall move but was not mentally prepared for it.

The footage also shows debris flying off during the crash, which he later revealed was skin scraped from his calf during the fall.

The clip has attracted plenty of reactions online, with viewers commenting on both the painful-looking impact and the risks involved in attempting challenging parkour tricks.
