Parking Problems

Info from Licensor: "I was in the hospital car park with my mum at Lewisham in London, when I noticed the Jaguar attempting to park. His front wheels went over the curb of the barrier and in doing so, his car started to scrape along the Toyota's side. The driver of the Jaguar kept going forward and backward causing more damage to both cars. The driver was about 40 years of age and sober, he just couldn't park properly. He left his phone number on the windscreen of the car he'd hit and walked away."
