Description
Paramount Skydance president Jeff Shell stepped down after a $150M lawsuit alleged he leaked material nonpublic information about the company's Warner Bros. deal and a $7.7B UFC TV contract. Paramount's board found no securities law violation, with Shell citing the lawsuit as his reason for stepping down.
