Info from Licensor: "Walter is our French bulldog that became paralyzed at only two years old. He was too active for his breed. It’s been almost one year since the accident and he is starting to gain control of his back legs when we were told it was most likely he’d never walk again. We were elated when he started using his legs and he continues to get stronger since this video."
