Paper Boat floats through scaling challenges

Functional beverage company, Hector Beverages, launched Paper Boat last August. The ethnic drink is sold across 20,000 locations across India and has doubled sales since its launch. Co-founder Neeraj Kakkar explains some unique challenges they've faced in scaling up.
