Panettone with chocolate chips (chocottone)

Do you ever dreamed of a chocolate panettone ? Here it is !

Ingredients:
For the panettone:

- 0.8 lb flour
- a pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh yeast
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1/3 cup warm milk
- 1 egg
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 oz brown sugar
- 4 oz softened butter
- 3.5 oz chocolate chips
- 0.5 oz melted butter

For the topping:
- 3.5 oz chocolate
- 1 Tbsp butter
- chocolate chips
