Paneer Chilla

Recipe to prepare tasty "Paneer Chilla":

Ingredients:
1 bowl thick batter of bengal gram flour/besan (mixed with little salt and red chilli powder)
100 gms cottage cheese/paneer
salt to taste
1 green chilli, chopped
1 bulblet onion, finely chopped
few coriander leaves
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp refined oil

Method:
For Stuffing:
Take a bowl and crush 50 gms cottage cheese/paneer.
Add to it salt, green chilli, onion, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Mix well to avoid any lumps.
For Chilla:
Add 1 bowl batter to the stuffing prepared, and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Pour the batter in pan, and spread it evenly.
Cover the pan, and let the chilla cook on low/medium flame, for 2 minutes.
Uncover the pan, flip the chilla to other side, and press it lightly.
Cover the pan again, and let the chilla cook for 1 more minute.
Remove it in a plate, and Paneer Chilla is ready to serve.
