Per l'impasto:
- 375 gr di farina 0
- 1 cucchiaino di sale
- 7 gr di lievito di birra fresco
- 1 cucchiaio di zucchero di canna liquido
- 2 cucchiaio di olio d'oliva
- 20 cl di acqua
Per la cottura:
- 1,5 litri d'acqua
- 1 cucchiaio di zucchero di canna liquido
- 1 cucchiaio di sale
- 1 cucchiaio di fecola di patate
Per la decorazione:
- semi di sesamo
- semi di girasole
