PAN PROCLAMATION NOTHING WITHOUT SUSTAINABILITY

While the proclamation of the Steelpan as the National Instrument of T&T is a move in the right direction, former Education Officer at Pan Trinbago, Andre Moses says it will be negligible if the pan industry does not become sustainable.


He believes that there are a few steelbands with models that can be explored.
