Pan de pascua ( plum cake ) easter bread ( plum cake )

Ingredientes: 1/2 tarrina de mantequilla, 700 grs a 1 kg de harina, 2 polvos de hornear, 400 grs de azúcar, 100 grs de pasas, 100 grs de nueces, 100 grs de fruta confitada, 4 huevos, 1 vasito de aguardiente, 1 cucharadita de clavo de olor, vinagre, canela y nuez moscada.

Ingredients: 1/2 tub of butter, 700 grs to 1 kg of flour, 2 baking powders, 400 g of sugar, 100 g of raisins, 100 g of nuts, 100 g of candied fruit, 4 eggs, 1 small glass of brandy , 1 teaspoon of cloves, vinegar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
