This System Provide Information Of Staff’s Master Payroll, Allowances and Deductions Setups for both Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff. Based on the Biometric Attendance the Entire Pay Process Activities Automatically Generates Consolidated Salary Report to the Entire Staff Member of the Institutes and Provides Individual Salary Payslip. This Process generates ESI Statement, PF Statement, Tax Statement and Gratuity as well as Salary Transfer of all Staff Members as per the Bank Format. This system also includes Automatic Leave Approval Updates based on the hierarchy of the Staff Member.
PALPAP - Inspro Plus ERP Software, The E- Gate Pass, Security and Alert System was optimized to have an easy mechanism for resident students to apply for a Gate Pass in the campus. In this system allows a parent sends a leaving request for their child to teacher Gate Pass through online. This hierarchy based online approval system performed by corresponding persons in the college. Finally the concerned hostel authorities approve this request. The Parent/Student is informed through an E-mail / SMS as soon as her / his Gate Pass is approved. The student just needs to swipe their card at the main security gate while leaving the campus to indicate her / his exit with photo identification to ensure physical presence of the student. While returning, the student swipes the card again at the main gate to indicate her / his entry back into the campus and automatically give alert SMS to their parents regarding In Time and Out Time Of the Student.
