Once complete and ready for shipping orders are transported to the dispatch area via two conveyor lines. During transport shipping labels are automatically applied to the totes. The filling level of each tote is also checked here. Complete order sequences are compiled at the sorter in loading order. Finally the totes are transferred to 6 pickup lines. To robots stack the totes on the dollys or pallets. The palletizing robots are able to load 1 up to 3 totes at one time. This is possible because of the identification system and an adjustable gripping device.
