PAIN FOR MAXI COMMUTERS; PTSC STEPS UP

Scores of commuters across the country were left in the lurch, as a majority of maxi-taxi operators stayed true to their word, and failed to come out to work this morning. However a few drivers went against the collective and serviced passengers, much to the relief of the travelling public, some of whom have no alternative means of transportation.
