MANILA - Weather bureau PAGASA is closely monitoring three dams - the San Roque Dam in Pangasinan and the Binga and Ambuklao dams in Benguet. Hydrometeorology division chief Susan Espinueva said water at the San Roque Dam continues to go up as more water from the two dams upstream continues to flow in. Water level in San Roque was at 265.12 meters, which is 15 meters from its spilling level of 280 meters, as of 12 noon.
