Padraig Rushe is an alternative rock, folk and soul musician. Though born in Ireland he spent his early childhood in America, where he was exposed to a mix of music and cultures from an early age. In 2000 he joined the Dublin Gospel Choir, with whom he worked as a soloist, arranger & writer for the last 6 years, touring nationwide and releasing three albums with the group. Within this period he sang with many artists including Paddy Casey, Damien Rice, Lisa Hannigan, Paul Noonan, James Brown, Liam O Maonlai, Laura Izibor, The Hot House Flowers and more. As a finalist in MTV Get Seen Get Heard, he has appeared on MTV's THE CONTENDERS. A published songwriter, you can expect to hear more of Padraig in 2008 - 2009.
