P90X Workout Reviews - Day 24

<a class="link" rel="nofollow" href="http://www.FatLossBlogger.com">http://www.FatLossBlogger.com</a> - Today was day 24 of my P90X workouts and the routine of the day was Kenpo X. I made an effort to really push myself hard during kenpo today, and I felt great after it was finished. Kenpo is a workout that can be a walk in the park if you don't bring the intensity level all the way up, so I really tried to put all I had into it.

Tomorrow is Stretch X and it will be my first experience with that DVD. I've elected to rest on the other rest/stretch days so I'm looking forward to tomorrow... I've heard good things about the Stretch X video.
