Overprotective Dad vs. Serial Killer

In Houston, Texas, in 1986, 14-year-old Laurie Tremblay was brutally murdered. Despite an extensive investigation, the case remained unsolved as years passed and the Tourniquet Killer claimed more victims. Meanwhile, Tiffany Shore found herself living with her father after her parents' divorce. Initially, she enjoyed spending time with him, but soon realized that he was becoming more controlling and restrictive. He started locking her and her sister inside the house whenever he left. As Tiffany's father's behavior became increasingly bizarre and overprotective, the Tourniquet Killer continued to strike. Tiffany soon discovered that surviving her father's sudden rages may be the key to solving the terrifying serial killer case.
