Overcharged for Case of Water

Info from Licensor: "I was in search for cases of water and I ran across a convenience store once inside in line I approached the counter and he tried to charge me 15$ for a 12 pack of water. I was in disbelief due to him over charging in such a time of crisis. Not only did he try to over charge me, once he noticed I was video taping him, he threatened to take my phone and break it. If you look closely, he went under his counter and grabbed a firearm but was smart enough to not let it appear in the video. After I saw the firearm, I was in fear for my life and walked out."
