(OUTDATED) Loadout "Raider" - Community Call (PlanetSide 2 Gameplay)

The first episode of PlanetSide 2 Community Call! Today we're reviewing a Terran Republic Heavy Assault loadout submitted by Mogar1337 named the "Raider." So we'll break it down, throw out some general strategies and suggestions, and hopefully show off some interesting gameplay.

::Raider (TR) Heavy Assault Loadout::
Primary: T16 Rhino
--Night Vision Scope, Suppressor, Adv. Forward Grip, High Velocity Ammo
Secondary: Commissioner
--Adv. Laser Sight
Tool: Striker
Ability: Nanite Mesh Generator
Suit: Nanoweave Armor
Grenade: Concussion
Utility: Medikits (or C4)

Equivalent loadout options for NC/VS.
Primary: EM1 for NC, VX26 Polaris for VS.
Tool: Annihilator
