Our workers do not contract coronavirus, says BJP MLA

In an absurd statement, a BJP MLA from Gujarat on Sunday said workers of his party do not contract coronavirus as they work hard. Govind Patel, who represents Rajkot (South) in the state, made the remarks when asked if the cases of COVID-19 are rising due to violation of guidelines by political leaders and workers during campaigning for the upcoming Assembly polls in many states.
