This week was a weird week for meals. My original meal plan pretty much went out the window. We started off the week with health issues regarding my IC, shortly after Colby got a head cold, and at the end of the week I came down with a stomach bug and a head cold. So, this week consisted of not the best eating, alot of comfort food, and easy to make/grab. The good thing about that is my freezer is still fully stocked for the upcoming week lol
