Jimmy Kimmel is ready to host the Oscars again, completing a trilogy that started in 2017 when the wrong best picture winner was called in what has been dubbed as the 'envelope-gate' ceremony and in 2018 when American film producer Harvey Weinstein fell from grace after he was accused and eventually convicted of being a sex offender following a movement by his victims that came to be known as #MeToo. The 95th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles and will be broadcast live on ABC in more than 200 territories worldwide.
