The Pirates Of The Caribbean hunk's representative confirmed that the pair are getting married.
33-year-old British star Orlando, started dating 27-year-old Australian model Miranda three years ago.
Since then there has been plenty of speculation that they might decide to tie the knot.
No details are yet known about when and where they plan to say 'I do'.
