Police are investigating the attack on murder accused Frankie "Fishie" Bartholomew who was stabbed at the Maximum Security Prison in Arouca early Saturday morning.
Sources say that a hundred thousand dollars was paid for the job.
Bartholomew survived the attack and police say they are treating the attempt on his life as gang-related.
