Almost nothing is known about Oreste Migliaccio, an American bandleader of Italian origin who recorded a series of great sides for Edison. On this 1928 disc, personnel may be as follows (several names are not sure): Oreste Migliaccio (p) directing probably: Frank McNellis-Tom Kells (t), Jack King (tb), Lou Savarese-?Jimmy Dorsey and/or Lou Auglieri (reeds), Hal Stumkoff (ts), Ralph Esposito (bjo), Joe Tarto (bb), Joe Curran (d). Jimmy Dorsey and/or Don Murray. Vocal by The Songsters (a duo consisting of Ken Christie and Vic Hall).
