OPR WANTS PROCUREMENT REGULATION SOON

There's a call to put the Act into play to allow procurement regulation to be in force in this country

The call comes from the Office of Procurement Regulation.

The Office estimates over 5 billion dollars could be saved annually with the regulations in effect.

However, the judiciary has raised concerns about the legislation.

And, some members of the government are advising caution going forward.
