Mauritania is holding elections on Saturday. But most opposition parties are boycotting them - insisting they won't be fair. Mauritania is one of the poorest countries in North Africa. And now more than 100,000 refugees who fled fighting in neighboring Mali are living there. Al Jazeera's Mohammed Vall has more.
