On the same day at the same time the Texas Fertilizer plant explosion there were more tell tale disaster drills simulating a similar mass casualty event.
TSA and other agencies were conducting a drill called Operation Black Rain at the same time the West Texas fertilizer explosion occurred on 4/17/13. http://www.ncttrac.org/training/coursesregistration/tabid/67/vw/3/itemid/392/d/20130417/default.aspx
Looks like yet another false flag by the rogue agencies.
