Description
OpenAI is merging ChatGPT, Codex, and its browser into a single desktop "superapp" targeting engineers and business users. Chief of Applications Fidji Simo will lead the consolidation alongside President Greg Brockman, aiming to reduce fragmentation from last year's standalone launches and build a unified agentic AI platform as competition with Anthropic intensifies.
