OnForce Photo Attachment to Work Orders

OnForce pros are able to attach up to 30 JPG photos to each work order for the buyer to review. Pros can attach photo files via the OnForce web site and the OnForce mobile app. Photos are automatically resized and compressed during upload; and a field is available to include a text description. A work order note is automatically added for each attached photo file.

Attached photos can be attached, previewed, downloaded or deleted in the Accepted, Problem, Cancelled, and Approval status. Once the work is paid, the pro is able to view and download the photo files; but cannot delete the files. If a work order is transferred from one pro to another, any photos originally attached will remain in the work order.
