Step 1: Enable Developer Options on Your Phone :

Go to Settings ,and then Tap on About Phone ,Locate Build Number ,and then Tap on it 7 to 8 times .

Step 2: Now ,Go back again to Settings and Tap on developer Options .
Step 3: Tap On Window Animation Scale and Set it to 0.0x

Window Animation Scale is the length of time that Android takes to animate a popup window.

Step 4: Tap on Transition Animation Scale and set it to 0.0x

Transition Animation Scale is basically the same thing, but for transitions between screens

You Will see some Speed improvement in your Android Smartphone .
