Remember your first mates
who crossed plams and said for life
do you remember that first girl
who you said she'll be my wife

do you remember that first time
where you stood on streets at night
and the first time you felt a fear
that fear that made you fight

do you remember that first girl
who gave you your first kiss
do you remember that first prick
who always took the piss

do you remember your first time
you went and smoked some dope
do you remember that first teacher
who said you have no hope

do you remember your first time
when the stars was fucking spinning
for it's just a part of life
growing up is just the beginning

cos growing up is never easy
but you choose the path you take
you can grow up being fake
but your life is what you make
