Once I go through the application process, will my visa be approved?

“After you complete the application process, there is no guarantee that your visa will be approved. The consulate officer will examine your case to determine if you are admissible or inadmissible into the United States and also apply discretionary factors in your favor or against you. So there is no guarantee that you would enter the United States or be granted a visa upon application.”
