I've posted this originally as Palada Pradhaman. I changed it to Ada Pradhaman, since some readers pointed out that palada pradhaman is made with milk ...
I made this payasam few weeks back, specially for onam. I also made a palada pradhaman which has milk and sugar instead of jaggery
