OMG!!! Boar eats another Boar!

What a pig! This appears to be a female wild boar eating her own young one... One can even hear the crunch of bones as the female Boar's teeth sink into the young piglet's body. Grey Partridge call in the background. This rare sequence was filmed at Sariska National Park in Rajasthan, India.

Wild boar eating a boar out of hunger. In fact, the eaten boar was none other than her own piglet! This very rare (ever filmed before???) footage is the first such documentation of cannibalism in the Indian Wild Boar - Sus scrofa cristatus. Even the grisly sounds of the bones being snapped by the powerful jaws of the big boar can be heared. Filmed in November 1999 at the Sariska National Park, Rajasthan, India.
