Olivia the Cat Hangs From Blinds

: "This video is of my friend’s cat Olivia opening the bedroom window herself then jumping up onto the windowsill. I was housesitting and didn’t realize the windows opened in such way, let alone that the cat knew how to do it. She often peers out the window like a meerkat, so I assumed she was just doing that and got scared when she was suddenly hanging from the blinds."
