Olivia Fuller - sit in the dark

i sit in the dark
and cry tears that cut
my cheeks like razor blades.
but as the tears hit my
arm they started to burn
threw my skin. as a light
comes on i still sit there
and bleed and burn as the one
i thought loved me walks away
to leave me to die. but all of a sudden
my heart is on the flor as i sit
and stare for i am no more.
